Welcome to Beta Clearance London. By booking our services or using our website (www.betaclearance.london), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
- We provide rubbish removal, house clearance, office clearance, garden clearance, and related waste management services across London.
- All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse removal of hazardous or restricted materials.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are provided based on the information you give us (including photos if applicable).
- Final prices may vary depending on the actual volume, weight, and type of items collected.
- Additional charges apply for certain items that require special disposal:
- Fridge/Freezer – £60 each
- Mattress – £30 each
- Gas Bottle – £30 each
3. Payment
- Payment must be made on completion of the job, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- We accept cash or bank transfer.
- Invoices are available on request.
4. Cancellations
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may be subject to a fee.
5. Access and Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure we have clear and safe access to the property.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, parking issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items not meant for disposal.
6. Liability
- While we take care during all clearances, we are not liable for accidental damage to items or property unless caused by proven negligence.
- We are not responsible for loss of items mistakenly presented for disposal.
7. Recycling and Disposal
- We aim to recycle or donate good-quality items wherever possible.
- All waste is disposed of in compliance with UK environmental regulations.
8. Hazardous Waste
- We do not collect or dispose of hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, or explosives.
- Customers must disclose if any hazardous items are present at the property.
9. Complaints
- If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us at info@betaclearance.london within 7 days of service completion.
- We will investigate all complaints promptly and fairly.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
