At Beta Clearance London, we aim to provide reliable and hassle-free clearance services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
- If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
- Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the quoted service fee.
2. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a £20 rebooking fee.
3. Cancellations by Beta Clearance London
- In rare cases (e.g., vehicle breakdown, staff illness, unsafe conditions), we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
- If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduled time or a full refund (if payment was already made).
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued for services cancelled by us, or when the customer has prepaid but service could not be delivered.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services.
5. Additional Charges (Non-Refundable)
Certain items incur extra disposal charges and are non-refundable once collection has been made:
- Fridge/Freezer: £60
- Mattress: £30

Q1: How do you calculate the price for rubbish removal?
We charge based on the volume and type of waste collected, plus any additional charges for specific items (see below). A free, no-obligation quote is always provided before we start.
Q2: Do you have any extra charges?
Yes, certain items require specialist disposal and have fixed extra fees:

Q3: How can I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Payment is required once the job is completed.
Q4: Do you take a deposit?
For large clearance jobs or advance bookings, we may request a small deposit to secure your slot. This will be deducted from your final bill.

- Cancellation more than 24 hours before: No fee
